🚨 Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025 · Welcome to discoBOATrentals.com (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, booking, or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Bareboat Charter

The Disco Boat is chartered bareboat. For the term of your booking, you — the charterer — take possession, use and control of the vessel.

  • No crew is provided or specified by the owner. You independently select, hire, pay, and may dismiss your own USCG-credentialed captain.
  • Any list of captains supplied by Disco Boat Rentals is a courtesy referral only. You may hire any appropriately credentialed captain, on or off that list. You contract with that captain directly, their rate is theirs to set, and no captain fee is collected by Disco Boat Rentals.
  • Maximum twelve (12) passengers. This is a federal limit, it applies to every booking, and it is not waivable.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • A valid payment method is required to secure all bookings.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to availability and approval.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless due to weather or other unforeseen events at our discretion.
  • No-shows are charged in full.

4. Weather Policy

  • Safety comes first. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsafe conditions (high wind, storms, etc.).
  • In the case of a weather cancellation, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no cost.

5. Behavior Aboard

  • The Disco Boat is a good vibes-only zone. No fighting, no illegal substances, and no reckless behavior.
  • Guests may be removed from the vessel at the captain's discretion with no refund for dangerous or disruptive behavior.

6. Damages

  • Any damage to the boat, equipment, or crew caused by you or your guests may be charged to your payment method on file.
  • A security deposit may be required for certain bookings.

7. Media Release

  • You agree that photos or videos taken during your charter may be used for promotional purposes unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
